On Friday, Titans management conducted a virtual interview with Mike Kafka, the offensive

coordinator for the New York Giants.

The group finished a video interview with Brian Callahan, the offensive coordinator for the

Cincinnati Bengals, earlier on Friday.

In 2017, Kafka worked as a graduate assistant at Northwestern for a single season before joining

Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs staff as a quality control coach. In 2018, he was elevated to the

position of quarterbacks coach, and he remained with the Chiefs until 2021. Working with

quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Kafka was the pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach in

2020–21.

In 2022, Kafka became the offensive coordinator for the Giants.

Virtual interviews may take place prior to January 22 but no in-person interviews may take place

before then.
