At this midpoint of the season, Ryan Edmondson was released by League One team Carlisle United. He is expected to relocate to Australia and reunite with manager Mark Jackson at Leeds United.

22-year-old Edmondson was registered at Leeds for five years. After coming from York in 2017, he only made two appearances for the senior team. Instead, he went on four loan stints, the first of which was to Aberdeen, north of the border.
