details about the late Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback continue to surface.
More information has emerged from the case regarding the murder of former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback
Dwayne Haskins, who was reportedly drugged and extorted prior to his untimely death in 2022.
Haskins was slain in Florida while practicing alongside his buddies. He was hit by a dump truck while attempting to
cross an interstate after reports indicated that his vehicle had run out of petrol before entering the highway.
A lawsuit filed concerning the event alleges that Haskins was drugged and robbed by a gang consisting of one male
and three women.
It also charges the dump truck of speeding, driving dangerously, and breaking weight restrictions. It further says that
the rented truck driven by Haskins was defective, causing it to run out of gas.
Furthermore, the lawsuit accuses the state of failing to install lower speed restriction signs in a work zone, which
could have contributed to the tragic incident.
According to ESPN, Haskins’ family has agreed to “partial settlements” with the dump truck’s driver, owner, and
broker.
