Daniel Farke says it’s not possible for the Leeds United player to play again.

Due to a terrible femur fracture, Stuart Dallas has not been available for Leeds United since April 2022, and Daniel Farke is no closer to getting him back in the mix.

Although Leeds’ injury problems aren’t ideal right now—Patrick Bamford and Pascal Struijk are two conspicuous absences from the starting lineup—they could be in far worse shape.

However, given that Stuart Dallas’s condition is still unknown, it appears like Daniel Farke will not have his whole team available anytime soon.

Before the team’s journey to Plymouth Argyle this weekend, Farke gave an update on the team’s injuries and discussed Dallas’ prospects of returning shortly.

Dallas’ final game for Leeds came in April 2022 after he injured his femur breaking into Jack Grealish of Manchester City.

In the 659 days since he was injured, Leeds have since avoided relegation on the last day of play, sold Kalvin Phillips and Raphinha, signed a number of unimpressive players, fired Jesse Marsch and Javi Gracia, been demoted, parted ways with Sam Allardyce, appointed Farke, and are hoping to return to the Premier League.

It would be a tremendous accomplishment for Dallas to return and be available for a game before the season ends, aside from the team getting promoted.

It’s difficult to see that occurring, though, because he hasn’t played at quite the same superhuman levels as he did before due to his extended absence.

It’s wonderful to see that his absence hasn’t prevented him from supporting Leeds during game days:
