According to ESPN, the NFL suspended Jacksonville Jaguars left lineman Cam Robinson for four regular-season

games in 2023 for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug (PED) policy. There have been no other

information released regarding the PED offense.

Robinson will still be eligible to attend training camp and participate in preseason games. He will forfeit $888,888

for each banned game, a total of nearly $4 million. Robinson delivered a statement shortly after his suspension was

publicized, according to Adam Schefter:

“As an experienced leader in the locker room, I always want to set a good example, and my actions in this case do not

represent that purpose. I sincerely apologize to the fans, my coaches, and, most importantly, my teammates. It kills

me that I can’t be out there with my brothers for the start of the regular season. I’ll approach training camp the same

way I’ve done the previous six seasons, making sure I’m mentally and physically prepared.

The 27-year-old is responsible with shielding quarterback Trevor Lawrence’s blind side, but the offensive line will be

without Robinson to begin the season. Robinson is one of the Jaguars’ most dependable linemen, thus the offense

will have a significant vacuum to fill.

The Jaguars will begin the season on the road against the Colts in Week 1, followed by home games against the Chiefs

(Week 2) and Texans (Week 3), and then against the Falcons in London (Week 4).

Walker Little is projected to man left tackle, while rookie Anton Harrison will likely assume the right tackle position.

When Robinson was sidelined by injuries for the last two seasons, Little stepped in and started eight games.
