Journalist Peter Linden, who lists the men Glasner will be joining in the dugout at Selhurst Park, claims as much.
Roy Hodgson decided to resign from his position yesterday after a trying few months, and Glasner was officially named as Crystal Palace’s new manager.
The Austrian’s backroom staff has not yet been revealed by Crystal Palace, who acknowledged the appointment but did not attend Monday’s draw with Everton from the stands at Goodison Park.
However, Linden reports that Michael Angerschmid and Ronald Brunmayr, Glasner’s assistants, athletic trainer Michael Berktold, and England expert Emanuel Pogatetz will be joining him.
Pogatetz was already known and mentioned last week. He appears to be a target after stints at West Ham and Middlesbrough throughout his career.
The remaining players have not yet been named, but according to Linden, they have been in London with Glasner since Thursday of last week. They even attended the Saturday match between Tottenham and Wolves, which is Crystal Palace’s next away game against Ange Postecoglou’s team.
