The 18-year-old will be on standby for the team to replace one of Nico Hulkenberg or Kevin Magnussen if necessary,

in addition to his Formula 2 obligations, where he will compete for Prema again.

He’ll be trying to improve on his experience from 2023, when he drove for Ferrari in practice for the Mexico City and

Abu Dhabi Grands Prix.

Bearman joins the Haas team alongside Pietro Fittipaldi, who will continue as reserve driver beginning in 2023.

After months of speculation, it has been revealed that Red Bull’s second team, previously known as Scuderia Toro

Rosso and subsequently AlphaTauri, will be rebranded as Visa Cash App RB beginning with the 2024 Formula One

season.

It’s not catchy, but is it lucrative? It appears that this is a huge money agreement, as the Visa brand is not only

supplying the name for the erstwhile AlphaTauri outfit, but has also signed on as a global partner for parent

company Red Bull.

As a result, the Visa logo will appear on all four Red Bull cars in 2024, and the Visa colours will also be used by Red

Bull’s F1 Academy entrant this season.

Drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Yuki Tsunoda will return to the newly called Visa Cash App RB team in 2024, with the

new partnership’s livery to be revealed on February 8.

After ten years at the helm, Guenther Steiner has stepped down as Haas F1 Team Principal after his contract was not

renewed for the 2024 season.

He was a key member of the early push to establish the Haas team, which made its F1 début in 2016, and has served

as Team Principal for the team’s entire eight-year history.

In the previous five seasons, Haas has finished no higher than ninth in the constructors’ championship. The team

finished ninth and last in 2021 and 2023, and even switching to the more experienced driver duo of Nico Hulkenberg

and Kevin Magnussen did little to improve its chances.
