Three players from the Pittsburgh Steelers will play in the Pro Bowl in 2024. Outside linebacker T.J. Watt, safety
Minkah Fitzpatrick, and special teams star Miles Killebrew have all been selected to compete in this year’s game,
according to the league.
Watt has been selected for the Pro Bowl six times in a row. In addition to leading the league in sacks (17), the
candidate for defensive player of the year has improved his stats this season with 60 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, 34
quarterback hits, eight pass deflections, four forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, an interception, and a
defensive touchdown.
Fitzpatrick has been to four Pro Bowls; his first three were in 2019, 2020, and 2022.
Fitzpatrick has helped the Steelers defense this season with 64 tackles and three pass deflections despite hamstring,
knee, and fractured hand injuries. In 2023, he has only let 56% of passes thrown his way to be completed without
surrendering a touchdown.
Although this is Killebrew’s first Pro Bowl selection, the captain of the Steelers’ special teams has earned this honor.
Killebrew has totaled four punt blocks since joining the Steelers in 2021, which ties him for second most of any team
(not individual) during that time.
The Steelers are sending multiple players to the Pro Bowl for the 23rd consecutive season and the 32nd time in the
last 35 years.
Orlando, Florida will host the Pro Bowl games from February 1–4. As clubs go through the playoffs and injuries start
to affect players’ decisions to accept the invitation, the final rosters will vary.
