Rudolph spent four seasons with Pittsburgh, finishing 8-4-1 in 13 starts. He took over after Kenny Pickett was hurt
and went 3-0 down the stretch last season to help the Steelers reach the playoffs. Rudolph succeeds veteran Ryan
Tannehill, who was injured in October, forcing Levis to take over as starter.
To complete the complicated Ridley transaction in November 2022, Jacksonville owes Atlanta a third-round pick
(No. 79 overall). The Falcons selected the Alabama receiver with the 26th overall choice in the 2018 draft. Ridley is
currently 29 years old and has spent five seasons in the NFL.
Ridley’s career totals include 324 receptions for 4,358 yards and 36 touchdowns. He averages 13.5 yards per
reception.
“I think next year will be a better year for me for sure,” Ridley remarked after the season finale. “However, just
getting through this year was extremely crucial. I came out of this season healthy. I am confident in my abilities as a
player. I feel young. “I can run still, I’ll tell you.”
He obviously performed well against the Titans last season. Ridley grabbed seven passes for 103 yards and two
touchdowns in a 34-14 victory over Jacksonville on November 19, and he added six receptions for 106 yards and a
touchdown in a 28-20 loss in Nashville in the regular-season finale.
