Blake Corum, Michigan’s senior running back, has never been totally healthy for the regular-season finale versus Ohio State. He’s healthy for the season, with the exception of a few knocks and bruises, and he’s excited. Saturday is both his birthday and the final game at The Big House, so emotions will be running high.

“I think it’ll definitely be emotional, but it’s ‘The Game,'” Michigan’s 5-8, 213-pounder said about Saturday. “Who won’t be emotional? I’ll surely be pumped up. Going down that tunnel one more time, [I] will undoubtedly be filled with emotion, playing in front of 110,000 of the best fans.

I am very delighted I selected the University of Michigan, and the University of Michigan chose me. I’m simply grateful, guy, and delighted. Hopefully, we can finish with a bang.”

Michigan hockey defeated No. 17 St. Cloud 2-0 in game one of the series. The two teams will face off in St. Cloud on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET (6 p.m. Central).
The Michigan Wolverines fell to 4-3 on the young season on Friday night thanks to a 73-57 loss to the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Battle 4 Atlantis 5th-place game. The setback is U-M’s third loss in the last three games since starting the season 3-0.
Michigan’s trip to the Bahamas began with a 71-67 setback to Memphis on Wednesday night before recovering with an 83-78 victory over Stanford on Thanksgiving. On Friday, graduate forward Olivier Nkamhoua led the Wolverines with 16 points, while sophomore point guard Dug McDaniel added 12 of his own.
