This season, Stefon Diggs and the Buffalo Bills experienced a fate all too familiar. They fell just short of their
aspirations, losing in the playoffs to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bills had a great finish to the regular season, earning
the AFC’s #2 seed. They defeated the Chiefs at home, but it was another close and painful setback for Buffalo. After
another disappointing season, Diggs’ future with the franchise is uncertain.
The Pro Bowl Games are currently underway, and Stefon Diggs is in attendance. He had another successful season
with the Bills, hauling in 107 receptions for 1,183 yards and eight touchdowns. Diggs is one of the top wide receivers
in the NFL, and he pairs with one of the best quarterbacks in the league, Josh Allen. They make an excellent duo, but
their relationship may be coming to an end.
When asked about his future with the Bills, Diggs answered, “I just take it day by day,” according to an ESPN report.
“Obviously, there are many changes and events taking place. I can’t really put the cart before the horse, you know
what I mean? But I have a tremendous offseason ahead of me to put in a lot of effort and build around what we have
and are doing. I can’t tell you what the future holds, but I’m still being myself.
Diggs faced similar worries about his future with the Bills earlier this season. His words were slightly different then.
“I’ve never really said anything about being unhappy or any instance of that,” Diggs said in a statement. “I am
concerned when you draw conclusions based on something I have never spoken. … I have told the truth. I’ve said the
same thing numerous times.”
The Bills star has always expressed his true feelings, and it is now evident that there is a potential he will leave Buffalo. If this is the case, he will undoubtedly receive a lot of interest from teams across the league.
