Brown Harris Stevens Miami has added two new agents to its Miami Beach offices: Realtor Associates Liza Kharoubi
Echenique, who joins the Sunset Harbour office, and Leon “Rodrigo” Castellon, who joins the South of Fifth office.

Castellon, who was born and raised in Miami, began his career in real estate after receiving an MBA in luxury brand
marketing and international management from a Paris-based university. Kharoubi Echenique, a native of France,
previously worked at Brown Harris Stevens Palm Beach before transferring to the Sunset Harbor office. The
international agent is a luxury real estate consultant and yacht broker in both the United States and France.
